Connecting. Growing together.The Optum Enterprise Epic Services
Analysts will support work out of our new Nashville, TN office to
establish and grow our emerging support service line. --Analysts
will serve as a liaison between end-users, project team members and
other Information Management resources while providing exemplary
customer service and Epic application support in their assigned
Epic module(s). OEES team members will help position Optum as a
center of excellence for application management services. --Solid
candidates for this role will be able to demonstrate

challenges.Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead all phases (e.g. design, build and testing) of small to
medium size pharmacy application projects including Epic software
upgrades, adoption of new Epic functionality and/or significant
enhancements to integrated workflows
- Provide Epic product function expertise for the design, build,
and testing for assigned EpicCare Willow module(s)
- Collaborate with end users to design, scope, and build Epic
enhancements and configure system build to resolve incidents in
accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Provide technical and or clinical consultation including
application configuration. Review, analyze, and evaluate system
needs to develop recommendations for customers
- Develop, support, and maintain workflow documentation, test
scripts and configuration guides for core pieces of application
functionality
- Perform daily monitoring of applications in production use;
including 24/7 on call coverage as required
- Work with trainers to develop and maintain application specific
training curriculum and materials
- Develop solid relationships with operational stakeholders,
customers, and business partnersYou'll be rewarded and recognized

interested in.Required Qualifications:
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree obtained
- Completed Epic CEE (Continued Epic Education) to maintain
certifications, proficiencies, and badges
- Obtained a current Epic certification in one of the following:
Epic Willow Inpatient, Epic Willow Ambulatory, or Epic Willow
Inventory
- 2+ years of Epic Build Experience designing pharmacy and
ancillary workflows
- Proficiency with MS Excel,--PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Ability to travel up to 10% annually. Travel may be lower
depending on client needs
- Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this
role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster
doses must also comply with those state requirements. UnitedHealth

Qualifications:
- Active pharmacist license in a US state or territory
- Current certification and experience working in Epic's Beacon
module
- Experience working as a pharmacist in a hospital or oncology
setting
- In-depth knowledge of Epic EMR and the full implementation
lifecycle of Epic's suite of EMR applications
- Proven ability to demonstrate and have a history of team
management (informal or formal), cross-team communication and
leadership skills
- Proven excellent time management, organizational, and
prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple
priorities
- Proven teamwork and Collaboration. Consultative and
collaborative style with demonstrated ability with cross-functional
teams
- Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain solid internal
relationships as well as motivate and inspire other team members
through solid consultative skills
- Demonstrates a solid ability to build partnerships and
influence others. Work across team, group, and business boundaries
to drive commonality and reusability in solution to real-world
problems
- Demonstrate solid relationship management skills and ability to
handle challenging interpersonal situations

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island
or Washington residents is $101,200 to $184,000. Pay is based on
several factors including but not limited to education, work
experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary,
