will:
- Be responsible for developing the overall strategic business
development and sales plan to monetize Qualcomm's comprehensive
portfolio in one of the key Global Hyperscaler Accounts -
Microsoft, Google, Facebook and/or Amazon
- Evangelize Qualcomm's solutions to these strategic customers
through viable business strategies and commercialization plans
- Lead business development strategies and establish key
strategic partnerships to enhance revenues
- Responsible for fostering strategic initiatives and expanding
new business opportunities across these Global Strategic Accounts
by evangelizing use cases like 5G and AI.Your charter will also
include:
- Fostering key executive relationships and working closely with
global strategic customers to establish Qualcomm as a sustained
leader in the market
- Comprehensive understanding of Qualcomm's portfolio and
technology to drive long-term strategic alignment with key
partners
- Working closely with and influencing internal executives,
cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to facilitate and gain
support for long term plans based on achievement of business and
financial goals and milestones
- Executing and growing new revenue generating business
opportunities; Maintaining sales pipeline, provide monthly
forecasts and support internal operational and financial planning
processes
- Managing the customer design business cycle from cradle to
grave; NDAs, License agreements, Salesforce, Development tools,
Customer support and issue resolution, Forecasting, Pricing
strategy, Customer service, Production and EOL managementMinimum
Qualifications:--- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and at least 15
years in Mobile/Wireless or other high-tech product companies--- At
least 10 years of experience in business development and / or
strategic sales of technology products specifically to large scale
companies operating in the areas of Datacenter and wireless
infrastructure, Consumer electronics (Mobile, PC, Wearables, AR/VR,
Gaming etc.), Automotive / Autonomous Driving, IoT, Apps ecosystem
(Maps, Audio-Video streaming, E-commerce, Payments, Social media),
etc.Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in business development and / or strategic sales of
technology products specifically to key Global Strategic accounts -
Microsoft, Google, Facebook and/or Amazon
- Technical expertise in one or more areas of the following areas
- Datacenter and wireless infrastructure, Consumer electronics
(Mobile, PC, Wearables, AR/VR, Gaming etc.), Automotive /
Autonomous Driving, IoT, Apps ecosystem (Maps, Audio-Video
streaming, E-commerce, Payments, Social media), etc.
- Strategic Key Account Management Expertise, ability to build
and nurture executive level customer relationships & influence
- Business and financial expertise to build long term business
cases with clear ROI
- Self-starter, must be resourceful and able to effectively
operate in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Leadership: The ideal candidate will be self-motivated,
initiative oriented, recognized as a successful role-model who has
demonstrated abilities to lead by influence
- Collaboration and Influencing: The successful candidate will
demonstrate the ability to influence and work closely with a
variety of constituencies, both internal and external, intra and
inter BU, customers, partners, as well as the ability to develop
and nurture strong organizational relationships based on mutual
trust.
- He/she will be a clear, open, and effective communicator across
all levels of the organization with the ability to effectively
interface with the most senior levels of management internally and
externally, as well as influence and educate key internal leaders
on trends
