Store Manager.What it's like working hereEach store operates on a

least 2 years minimum retail management experience as a Store
ManagerHigh School DiplomaAbility to communicate clearly and
effectivelyAbility to work independently and lead a teamStrong
verbal and written communication skillsAbility to constructively
coach others to succeedAble to work a full-time schedule including
nights, weekends, and holidaysMust be able to climb a ladderMust be
able to lift 25 poundsStanding for long periods of timeBi-Lingual a
plusYour duties will includeInspire, motivate, lead, and develop a
store teamModel and foster a consumer centric mindset within the
storeModel selling behaviors through genuine interactions with
consumersProvide direct coaching, feedback, training and
supervision of the store staffGreet customers and assist customers
in finding itemsAnswer phone courteouslyKeep store neat and clean
at all timesRing sales on cash registerPerform other duties as
assignedProcess merchandise shipmentsOpen and close the
storePrepare opening and closing paperworkPrepare bank deposits and
drop at bankBuy change for store as neededProcess damages, to
include preparation of debit memosSupervise and assist training all
personnelSet expectations for customer engagement, store policies
and procedures to appropriately manage expenses while maximizing
sales and profitabilityWork nights and weekendsThe Assistant
Manager is scheduled opposite shifts of the Store ManagerPerform
other duties as assigned by your Area Manager and/or Director of
OperationsWhat you will learnLeadership and organizational
