Job Description:
ONEx supports all the functions in Cisco and is a key enabler of
the end-to-end value chain. It has approximately 8000 employees and
is comprised of several functions: Supply Chain, IT, Employee
Services, Global Procurement Services, Security and Trust, Data
Architecture and Analytics, Customer Success, and Commerce and
Lifecycle Operations (CLO). Operations can accelerate the pace of

and policies need to come together and address them. Our team, COLx
(Commercial Offers and Licensing Experience) is part of CLO, and
our charter is to provide strategic direction, enable growth
through transformational offers and to enable standard offer
options to help scale Cisco's growth. What We Do COLx is focused on
defining, building, supporting, and enabling transformational
offers, simplifying our licensing structures, and enabling scale
through consistent standard structures. As we continue to expand
existing businesses and focus efforts on aligning to future,
standard business models, our team is working to invent and
operationalize capabilities to succeed with the business
transition. What You'll Do : You will be the Director of Licensing
Product Management that will lead a team that will refine and
define Cisco's License strategy with focus to simplify,
standardize, and drive our licensing framework. In this role you
will be responsible for the licensing architecture, product
management of the key Smart Licensing components, identifying and
systematically removing inconsistencies across internal and
external licensing processes, establishing and governing Licensing
Enforcement policy, and other related standardization and
simplification efforts across existing licensing platform. You will
work cross functionally on process definition, capability
enablement , discovery/analysis, end to end process , stakeholder
requirement documentation, solution development and driving
delivery execution. You will assist in aligning standards for scale
and be engaged with key architects and product owners to deliver on
the COLx charter. Who You'll Work With The COLx team is at the
forefront of Cisco's digital transformation of new offers, buying
programs, new business models and licensing. In this role, you will
work in close partnership with internal stakeholders in a global
and agile environment. Focus will be in partnering
cross-functionally with leadership, internal teams, COLx Product
Managers (PMs), and Corporate IT to ensure effective design and
enablement of our licensing solutions and standardization. You will
regularly influence key executive stakeholders enabling them to
make effective and informed decisions that support the overall
goals of growth and scale. You will build a strong network of
cross-functional partners across the company to help guide and
drive execution of an offer end state that embodies standards and
policies. Who YouAre : The ideal candidate will have experience
leading teams and working in a cross functional - hybrid business
environment . Additional, ideal candidate will have business
systems and licensing management/framework experience, problem
solving, process improvement , proven operations experience,
excellent communication and framing skills, and work well with all
levels of leadership . This highly visible position requires an
individual with outstanding oral and written communication skills
and the ability to work vertically throughout the entire Cisco
organization. In addition, the individual must be extremely
organized, yet comfortable in a rapidly changing, dynamic
environment. With 20 + years of experience in a combination of
licensing enablement/refinement , offer enablement, business
architecture, and process excellence in the software technology
industry. You have proven your ability to set a vision, excite, and
lead a cross-functional team to deliver strong outcomes. You excel
at solving complex problems; you back up your recommendations with
strong data. You can convey the most complex concepts in the
simplest of terms and are an enthusiastic advocate for our
customers. You are passionate about simplicity and not afraid to
question status quo and push people beyond their comfort zone. You
thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multi-cultural business
environment and you can work with a range of sensitive and

the projected hiringrangefor new hire salaries in U.S. locations.
For non-sales roles, the hiring ranges reflectbase salary and do
not include bonuses, equity, or benefits. Hiring ranges for
salespositions include base and incentive target, and do not
include equity or benefits.Individual pay is determined by the
candidate's hiring location and additional factors,including but
not limited to skillset, experience, and relevant
