Director of Pharmacy
Under general supervision, and according to general policies and
procedures, the Clinical Pharmacy Manager is responsible for
designing, implementing and managing the pharmacy clinical
programs. This includes formulary management, policy and procedure
development and education across the healthcare spectrum. The
Clinical Pharmacy Manager shall also assist in managing the
pharmacy when the Pharmacy Director or designee is unavailable.

locations, the main campus in San Jose, California and the Mission

Education:Doctor of Pharmacy from an ACPE - accredited college of
pharmacy License/Certifications:Current pharmacist license in good
standing with the State of California Board of PharmacyACLS
CertificationBLS CertificationCompletion of Hospital PGY-1 of
pharmacy specialty residence preferred Experience:Minimum of 1 year
as a Pharmacy Clinical/Operations Specialist of one of the
following.Specialty BPS certification (i.e. BCCCP,
BCPS)Organization - proactively prioritizes needs and effectively
managers resourcesOther certifications (e.g. FCCP, FASHP) hospital
pharmacy management experience, preferredInterpersonal Skills -
able to work effectively with other employees, patients, and
external parties
