Come, join this revolution!PeerNova seeks a talented Client Success Manager to act as a Business Consultant & manage the risk surrounding the rollout of a new solution from an operational and policy point of view. This position reports to the SVP, Consensus Solutions.Mission PeerNova's Partnership and Sales Enablement team works in a dynamic environment where fast-paced innovation meets rock-solid execution. Our goal is to deliver PeerNova's consensus data solutions platform to the market with partners, based on use case.Responsibilities

  • Natural sense of curiosity and always asking why (grounded in client value) and willing to make a decision to move it forward
  • Analyze the operational needs and measure the risk and timing of when risk needs to be addressed by automation vs. other solutions and manual work
  • Measure the effectiveness and client experience of service delivery
  • Report on service delivery to executive management
  • Work with clients, partner operations team and platform product to reach the juncture where the operations team is independent
  • Identify the method used to reach full operational independence so that the adoption of the platform by the next organizations for consensus services may be realized
  • Principal based project management to roll-out the business
  • Support UAT
  • Support and coordinate production operational activities
  • Support platform upgrades from business point of view
  • Create and maintain operational run books
  • Create policies and procedures to be used over time and establishes processes for continuous improvement
  • Ability to work in finance as well as other verticals
    • 10+ years of experience in a client success, professional services or business consulting management role managing change and adoption.
    • Expertise in managing execution and operational risk.
    • Ability to interact with several levels of people from operational to engineering to executive and senior management.
