What you'll do

As a Product Manager you will be responsible for process/functional guide authoring, collaborate with business team on business transformation projects to suggest industry standard methodologies, design scalable and optimized business processes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Partner with global and regional operations for process improvement and efficiency, measure KPIs to craft compelling visions, make data-driven recommendations, and drive business process automations.
  • Consult on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality, as well as translate sophisticated recurring revenue business problems into business solutions while assessing what can be Out of Box solutions and what should be custom solutions.
  • Diagram and evaluate existing processes and also organize, lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams.
  • Craft, analyze, and present customer behavior metrics, such as funnel conversion, user churn, cart abandonment, and cross-sell metrics.
  • Plan, perform and implement process improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma).
  • Create evaluation methods that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.

    As part of the ONEx organization, you will work on the Recurring Revenue Transformation team. You will work with an ingenious team who strive for excellence in every solution with authentic, inclusive leaders who will inspire, empower, encourage and respect your work and wellness.

    You will be part of the team responsible for Recurring Revenue Policy and Process for Cisco and will be interacting with global & regional and very cross-enterprise process policy teams to synthesize data from multiple sources to develop key findings and tell a data-driven and holistic story to all levels of leadership.

    Who You Are

    You have Data Analytical skills, Sales Analytics and Content Applications from Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Data Warehouse - Snowflake & Business Intelligence tools.

    You have 10-15+ years of large Commerce and Entitlement & Licensing application experience

    Minimum requirements:

    • MS/MBA/BS/BE in Computer Science or Business or Information Technology or equivalent experience.
    • Business Degree for Recurring Revenue and Data Analysis certifications will be an added advantage.
    • Exposure to Customer Data, Install Base, Contracts, Software, Software Subscription Selling & life cycle management.
    • Strong 2-3 years of experience in CPQ/Billing/ERP/Sales Operations tools like SalesForce, Steelbrick, Zuora, SAP Callidus/OIC, BRIM/SBP, AnaPlan or equivalent experience. Experience with Agile and JIRA
