What you need to know about the role:

PayPal is currently seeking a Lead Product Manager for Auth Platform in the Identity and Access Management domain which is a critical aspect in managing user actions and sessions across login experiences and API based access on top of maintaining a higher standard of security.

Meet our team:

In this role, you will be working with a group of seasoned peer product / strategy / analytics partners and would be responsible for creating strategies / lead / innovate and deliver capabilities for the Auth platform that creates and manages a customer session/scope and access across sign up / login / API based integrations and fighting fraud. We're scaling up faster with our customer base increasing day by day where managing sessions / scope with complex integrations are critical and are looking for a candidate with a strategic vision and a consistent track record for successfully delivering solutions and capabilities across various flavors of integrations we support today and being able to scale / expand in future.

Your way to impact:

Auth platform is critical to enable access to PayPal and its subsidiaries given the number of flows / channels and adjacencies that it must handle with a huge incoming volume. Enabling and maintaining a clear integration channel with utmost security will improve the login success there by improving revenue for the company and also reduce fraud risk.

Your day to day:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, across technical functions, and our internal customers to create vision, strategy and deliver a strong technical roadmap for Auth Platform
  • Perform all aspects of product lifecycle management; operate as a subject matter expert and product owner within a senior team of IAM and Risk professionals
  • Define and execute projects, policies, and procedures related to IAM solutions
  • Provide recommendations and guidance on identity, governance, and privileged access solutions to support our global functions meet their identity needs
  • Work in partnership with peer product management groups, operations, global functions, to help them take full advantage of the latest authentication protocols and privileged access processes
  • Manage multiple scrum teams located across Geographies

    • Innovative thoughts that are realistic to enable as platform capability in phases if not as a whole
