-Job Summary: A brilliant opportunity exists for an outstanding individual capable of fitting into this very rewarding Product Manager - Strategic Components role. As the market leader in professional server solutions, Supermicro is looking to hire someone who can bring added value to the team. This is a fast moving, emerging business, and successful candidates will be able to move and adapt quickly to changing needs, manage multiple initiatives, engage at all executive levels both inside Supermicro and with partners, and have a proven record of developing products as well as business model from the ground up. If you are dedicated, energetic and detail-oriented, this could be the perfect role for you. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Product Manager roles driving sales momentum with program and demand generation marketing campaigns. sales
  • Responsible of facilitating operational and programmatic activities, ensuring that all milestones are executed and deadlines are met (p rograms and business initiative project deadlines)
  • Drive, monitor and report the progress of various programs, projects, and operational metrics.
  • Analyze and solve problems individually or as part of a team to achieve execution efficiency and project/program business goals.
  • Interact with internal teams (system PM, sales, marketing) as well customers and technical subject matter experts who provide solutions for customer problems.
  • Engage technical resources to support customer project needs and replicate success to create more demands Qualifications:
    --- Bachelor's degree is preferred. Degree in EE / Web / Technical or relevant advanced degree is highly desirable

    --- Excellent analytical, Intra-organizational people skill and quantitative problem solving skills

    --- Minimum of 5 years experience in leadership of cross-functional teams, ideally in hardware and software solution product management and marketing preferred

    --- Get excited to experiment and drawn to problem solving, and share ideas and work collaboratively in a team environment
