About the Role: Your job duties include overseeing a portfolio of customers, developing new leads, seeking sales opportunities with past and current customers.Proactively build relationships and engage with clients to predict client's Consulting and staffing needs, with the goal to be the vendor of choice.Grow existing accounts by visiting clients, meet with managers who have hiring needs and work with Flexton recruiting team to fill those roles.Expand your network withing the client organization to search for new client managers with staffing needs.Follow up and maintain good relationships with candidates we have put to work. Do requirement gathering meetings with the client, download the requirements to the recruiting team, engage with the recruiting team to get the qualified resumes, quality check of the candidates, client communication, interview coordination, feedback gathering, closing candidate & working with the on-boarding team for smooth on-boarding.Monitoring consultant's hiring cycle process to ensure things are done in timely manner. If there are any hold ups, then escalate to the right people.Coordinate with sales and recruiting team to ensure entire closure cycle is completed on time Working with respective Flaxton's internal departments & client for SOW renewals/extensions on time for smooth continuation of projects.Work with your supervisor on client related communications & actions Develop management dashboards and reports Meet sales metrics Ensure client retention Negotiating contracts to maximizing profits.Customer service and communication skills, as well as account management experience, are vital for this.
