    • Build and evaluate regulatory compliance programs for tech, media and entertainment companies.
    • Lead audits, assessments, and regulatory readiness activities for tech, media and entertainment companies.
    • Proactively track and communicate regulatory changes to keep our internal team versed and to educate our clients about emerging risks and trends.
    • Work closely with others in cross-division and firm-wide groups focused on regulatory compliance.
    • Directly own and innovate solutions and service offerings to respond to market needs that you identify.
    • Act as a market-facing representative for the team by forming a network and interacting with GRC industry professionals.
    • Drive business development opportunities for new clients, industry sub-sectors, geographies, etc.
    • Hire, supervise, and develop a strong team to support your business.What we're looking for in you:
      • 6+ years working in regulatory compliance, ethics & compliance, internal audit, risk management, or similar field.
      • Expertise and/or working knowledge of a specific regulatory area (e.g., ESG, privacy, anti-corruption, ethics, anti-money laundering, etc.).
      • 2+ years of experience in program, project, and/or product management at consulting firms or tech, media or entertainment companies.
      • Strong knowledge of project planning and management methods and tools, including scoping, contracting, budgeting, staffing, etc.
      • Bachelor's degree is required.

        The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $108,800 to $163,200.
