What You Will Do
COOP Careers has established successful partnerships with a growing list of corporate partners who hire our alumni through a core revenue-generating model. We are seeking to hire a Partner Success Manager to maintain and deepen relationships with revenue-generating partners. Reporting to the Associate Director of Partner Success, the Partner Success Manager will be responsible for managing corporate partnerships post-sales, establishing regular meeting cadences and reporting, customer success metrics, and managing the renewal processes. This position requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as organization and precision.
Partnership Management (70%)


  • Maintain relationships with hiring teams and leaders at revenue-generating partner companies to provide COOP as a pipeline for their hiring needs, ensuring quality outcomes for the employer as evidenced by high renewal rates, increased revenue YoY, and engaged corporate champions


    • Ensure a smooth and positive hand off for new revenue-generating partners from Partner Development to Partner Success, identify goals for the contract period, and set up an engagement plan with the employer partner to achieve those goals.


      • Secure and communicate job opportunities from employers to the COOP community; in turn identify and refer qualified candidates from the COOP alumni network to the employers.
      • Manage all aspects of employer partner communications strategies and provide responsive and high-quality customer service
      • Identify employer needs that COOP training can better address

        Event Management (20%)

        • Plan, organize, execute, and facilitate employer engagement volunteer programs, mentorship opportunities, mock interviews, and technical workshops to support COOPers during training and as alumni
        • Utilizing feedback from previous events, improve and refine engagements to better serve and meet employer goals

          Administration (10%)

          • Maintain accurate record of partnerships and opportunities pipeline in Salesforce and create ad hoc reports for stakeholders
          • Track and maintain records of KPIs for each managed partner account, including but not limited to number of COOPers hired, number of attendees at each partner event, and other data points of interest to each partner.

            Who We Need

            • COOP Alumni preferred
            • Bachelor degree
            • 2-3 years of professional work experience related to sales, account management, or customer success preferred
            • Relationship building skill with ability to navigate complex corporate structures as well as identify and engage key stakeholders
            • High level customer service mindset with proven ability to follow up and follow through on task
            • Excellent organizational and project management skills,
            • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing priorities
            • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, public speaking and written communication skills;
            • Comfortable with learning new technologies and platforms;
            • High ability to self teach and look for the answers to presenting challenges
            • Ability to work outside of normal business hours as needed
            • Experience or familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems a plus

                What We Offer You

                • Base Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
