Job Description:

*Allied Pain & Spine Institute (Injury Management Division) is excited to announce the opening of its first dedicated Business Development Manager (BDM) position to support year-over-year growth in its Worker's Compensation and Occupational Medicine business sectors.*

*The Business Development Manager will focus on managing current referral relationships for attorneys, nurse case managers, and insurance adjusters. This includes making sure any referral source requests received are completed, new referrals continue to come in, and communicating with accounts about Medical Provider Network (MPN) and provider changes. BDM with also organize Allied sponsorships, speaking events, and webinars.*


*--- Review weekly referral report to find new referral sources or referral sources we have been trying to connect with*

*--- Responsible for connecting and keeping open lines of communication with all applicant attorney accounts*

*--- ---Responsible for updating attorney and nurse case manager referral sources with MPN updates, provider/clinic additions, and any other pertinent information that would affect referral flow*

*--- ---Responsible for coordinating with Referral Relations on referral requests to make sure all reporting or provider requests are taken care of and responded to in an appropriate amount of time*

*--- ---Assess clients' needs and present suitable promoted services and products*

*--- ---Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions, and symposium circuits*

*--- ---Keep detailed records of all contacts via CRM*

*--- ---Manage budgets for catering, outside speakers, conferences, and hospitality*

*--- ---Develop and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent sales message*

*--- ---Establish future sales targets and set up introductory meetings*


*--- ---Minimum of 2 years of experience as a sales representative or similar role*

*--- ---Excellent verbal and written communication skills*

*--- ---Excellent teamwork and networking skills*

*--- ---Strong organizational and time management skills*

*--- ---Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales*

*--- ---Ability to travel frequently*

*--- ---Strong negotiation and sales skills*

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
