What You'll Do:

You will hold a strategic leadership role on our Global paid Media team. You will be responsible to design best in class paid media measurement and optimization frameworks which will help drive success of paid media campaigns from Brand to Demand. You will help to tie it to a tactical measurement framework. You will design new/modern ways to measure campaign success. You will drive the learning agenda for the organization. You will train and educate the larger Cisco organization about the role of paid media in our customer journey and develop standard methodologies. Within the Global Paid Media team, you will find opportunities to introduce new strategic measurement frameworks, so they are in alignment with overall campaign and organization strategy. You will address gaps, and partner with teams to help design scalable processes.

To the larger organization, this is a high visibility role. You will be the conduit to the Global Paid Media team and identify areas where Paid Media can help solve for business needs and objectives and demonstrate Paid Media's contribution. You will help to drive new processes to allow for more inter-organizational collaboration for shared business, marketing, and campaign goals, as well as partner with the broader Cisco organization on cross-selling different Cisco solutions.

You will do all the above in partnership with Campaign strategist on paid media team. You will have access to an assigned team of Data analysts and data scientists at Cisco as well as on the agency side. You will help designing functional organizational process between Cisco and the agency for the best outcome.

For large scale deliverables, you will work as a program manager across different teams to ensure results and completion.

Who You'll Work With:

Under the Growth Marketing and Brand team at Cisco, you will work with the Global Paid Media team. You will work alongside a team of Global & Regional Paid Media strategy and channel experts to develop global, cross-channel paid media strategies to encourage alliance and findings. Additionally, you will act as the ambassador for Global Paid Media to the larger organization and Business Unit leads. You will also act as the liaison between the larger Cisco organization and our paid media agency partners.

Who You Are:

8-10 years' experience in paid media strategy, analytics, and measurement across all channels including digital in B2B category.

You can build basic forecasting and data modeling/analytics approaches. You know how to interpret complex analytics modeling work.

You worked with multiple Research and analytics companies and know how to interpret Brand, attitudinal, and consumer behavior marketing research.

You are familiar with AdTech and MarTech companies offering analytics, reporting, data warehousing.

You have hands on experience working with Google suite of analytics products.

Ideal candidate will have past agency experience leading large global, B2B accounts. You know how to demonstrate the latest MarTech solutions to build data-driven paid media solutions, all the while adhering to stringent brand safety protocols.

You have a proven track record managing matrix teams and large-scale projects.

You are comfortable working with across different paid media channels and building relationships across organizational boundaries-both internal and external-to demonstrate the use case and value of a comprehensive paid media approach.

You have the desire to constantly innovate our approach, structures and processes from scratch to ensure best-in-class execution within both paid media and the larger B2B technology industry.

You strive to stay on top of the latest advertising trends and are constantly brainstorming ways to bring the approach to your day-to-day work.

You have strong written and verbal communication skills and can balance analytical thinking with tactical hands-on-ground applications.
