The Talent Acquisition Manager, University Programs will lead and develop a team of College Recruiters and College Coordinators responsible for hiring to support Samsung's internship, new graduate, UR and DE&I programs. They will build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders to support the creation of job requisitions and manage candidates through each step of the recruiting process. With a focus on candidate experience and delivering results, this role will allow Samsung Semiconductor Inc to hire the future leaders. Passion for leading a team, creating clear and repeatable processes that deliver on talent metrics and goals. You look ahead and anticipate talent needs through partnerships with HR and business leaders and build influential relationships with both. You are an advocate for candidates and understand how to deliver individualized experiences at scale.
Support the evolution of the talent acquisition team towards a function that is consistently viewed as a strategic, consultative and proactive partner with the business
Ensure your hiring partners receive world-class talent acquisition consultation and support
Partner with leadership and HR partners to develop and execute plans that identify and drive productivity improvements enabling the team to deliver against aggressive hiring goals
Build and lead a team of high-performing recruiters/coordinators in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
Lead University Relations to provide a seamless candidate experience
Continuously assess process to identify areas for process improvement and partner with your peers, HRBP and People Operations to design and implement solutions
Partner with TA leadership and business leaders to strategize and execute on our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion priorities and drive recruiting-related initiatives to support diversity hiring efforts
Provide regular updates to TA leadership and business leaders on progress against hiring targets and other key talent acquisition initiatives
Your Experience

  • 8 + Years of experience in Talent Acquisition Leadership expertise within Campus/ Early In Career space
  • Prior Experience broadening representation across early in career in a scaling organization
  • The ability to building for the future while executing today
  • Demonstrated experience taking intelligent risks in building investment decisions around technology, automation and talent brand programs in partnership with teams
  • Had experience partnering and influencing senior leadership within the People, Finance and business teams
  • Experience leading teams who have performed against a hiring plan, while forming successful relationships with Colleges/Universities and other partners in a constantly evolving, face-paced environment.
  • Work with metrics, numbers, and trends to tell a meaningful story to multiple audiences
