ADI's culture values aligned goals, work-life balance, continuous and life-long learning opportunities, and shared rewards.Apply now for the opportunity to grow your career and help innovate ahead of what's possible.Job Description Summary:Key Responsibilities:--- Define and implement initiatives and grow revenue from existing products, while diversifying the customer base across multiple applications. --- Lead the discovery phase of new product development - Research new technology, market trends, and customer needs, analyze the competition, drive product-development strategies, new user experience, and roadmaps, guide product definition, conduct preliminary business case analysis and prioritize projects that have the strongest business case and strategic value. --- Guide the product development through the new product development phase, drive silicon verification and validation, track the development of your new products and resolve problems to keep them on schedule--- Lead the market introduction phase of new product development and drive development of EV Kits, reference designs, application notes, software device drivers and marketing collateral. Train Analog Devices sale, FAEs and distributors and work with field personnel to develop and execute account penetration strategies.--- Closely work with local sales and technical team for project design win, pricing, demand and supply, quality, customer relationship management and etc. --- Develop strong connections with leading customers, key processor vendors, 3rd party partners decision in close loopJob Description:Minimum QualificationsRequirements/Skills

  • Proven track record in product line management and revenue growth
  • Audio hardware and software related experience and background
  • Familiarity to consumer and portable market, customers and component suppliers
  • Extensive experience working directly with sales, customers and distribution
  • Pricing and negotiation experience of high-value commercial contracts
  • Decision making, problem solving and analytical capabilities
  • Excellent written, verbal communicating and presentation skills
  • Highly effective at customer engagement, including: communicating to executives, articulating full product portfolio, strong commercial acumen, and management of strategic customers.
  • Minimum 5 years of Product Line Management, Product Definition, Product Marketing Experience
  • Bachelor or Master degree in EE (MBA a plus)
  • Ability to travel globally -20% of timePersonal Characteristics
