Job Description:

What you'll be doing...Manage software quality assurance automation engineering team and perform new feature quality assurance of video conferencing solutions. Run sprint planning meetings. Design networking protocols such as SIP, RTP and RTCP. Collaborate with software engineering, system engineering, data analysis, network engineering, and field engineering teams. Test Git version control system, including branching, merging, and rebasing. Interface with customers to learn requirements and describe proposed solutions. Monitor QA activities including test results, leaked defects, and root cause analysis. Provide guidance to junior members of QA team and ensuring best-practices in testing. Work on Apple products' architecture, manual and automation testing. Identify areas of improvement and implement steps required to improve the process. Promote new tools for testing and automation. Mentor, coach, and guide team performance. Develop and automate new features of communication products. Manage workflow using Agile processes and tools to improve engineering process. Oversee complex projects and applications across Business Segments. Collaborate with project managers and technical team to solve technical problems and define solutions.What we're looking for...Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and 6 years of progressive quality assurance experience running sprint planning meetings; testing Git version control system, including branching, merging, and rebasing; providing guidance to junior members of QA team and ensuring best-practices in testing; designing networking protocols, such as SIP, RTP and RTCP; working on Apple products' architecture, manual and automation testing; developing and automating new features of communication products.
