be yours. The Challenge As a member of the Global Professional
Services Strategy & Operations team, you will be part of a growing,
high energy, innovative team of professionals who are passionate
about driving success for our customers through service programs
crafted to accelerate value by providing expert guidance and
coaching on the most optimized implementation and configuration of
solutions from the $1.6 billion+ flagship Creative Cloud and
Document Cloud enterprise software business. Description You will
drive the success of Adobe's Digital Media consulting business. The
business drives substantial and measurable lift in the online
performance of the world's top companies. You will focus on
building the strategy and operations for all global consulting
delivery, as well as building relationships with the Product Sales,
Product Development, Engineering, Product Marketing, Customer
Success and Customer Care teams. This position includes all of the
following aspects: Craft a multi-year strategic roadmap that will
improve the bottom-line revenue of Adobe and our customers'
businesses in any vertical. Apply your vast experience and
expertise in developing a solid business plan supported by thorough
market research, customer research, capability maturity assessment
and financial modeling. Translate the business-case into a
go-to-market strategy for professional services, that includes
customer segmentation, portfolio design, product market fit,
pricing strategy, buying programs among other specifications.
Inform the Annual Financial Planning process with your inputs on
projected demand and capacity. Supervise the operations readiness
and launch of your services offers including SKU creation, staffing
plans, statement of work, discounting guidelines, compensation
plans, exception approval processes etc. Partner closely with sales
teams to drive performance of new offers with early customers.
Apply the feedback gathered from in-field experience to optimize
product offers and positioning. Keep a pulse on the execution of
projects that deliver services on the new offers. Perform
retrospectives and apply lessons learned to refine offers. Present
the state-of-the-business at quarterly business reviews to C-Level
Executives, reporting on performance on operating metrics like
bookings, attach rates, pipeline, revenue, retention, margins,
billable utilization, as well as customer impact metrics such as
time to launch, impact on consumption and expansion. Qualifications
10+ years' experience building, growing, and directly leading
multi-million-dollar professional services businesses. Superb
strategic and operational skill-set. Very passionate about customer
success. Embrace data and quantitative results - not afraid of
basic statistics. Loves diving into data and be comfortable
manipulating and reporting on large data sets. Exceptional C-Level
presentation, organizational, and communication skills - both
verbal and written. Extremely diligent. Self-motivated, responsive,
and dedicated to customer success. Possess an innovative,
problem-solving, and focus on achieving goals. Demonstrated ability
to learn quickly, be collaborative, and manage change effectively.
Solid understanding of SaaS businesses, programming languages,
database management, and APIs. Following experience & knowledge is
a plus but not required: Adobe Document Cloud and Adobe Sign or
similar document digitization and automation platforms Business
Process Management or Document Digitization, Digital Signature
Digital Transformation and Business Process Re-engineering
