What you'll be doing
We are seeking a Senior Level NPI Program Manager, reporting to the Director of Roku TV Program Management. This position will work closely with a cross-functional team of software engineers, hardware design engineers, quality assurance engineers, product managers, manufacturing partners, and others to get Roku TVs developed, tested, and released on schedule. You will be responsible for managing overall program schedules, communications with manufacturing partners, and providing project status to a wide audience within Roku.
The successful candidate will be an energetic team player, who can expertly manage high volumes of detail and thrives on managing multiple simultaneous programs.
We're excited if you have

  • 10+ years of program management
  • Engineering background with an excellent understanding of hardware and software
  • Extensive experience in consumer products or other high-volume products
  • Solid understanding of product development lifecycles
  • Significant experience working with JDMs/ODMs/OEMs/CMs
  • Hands-on experience at overseas manufacturing facilities
  • Proven ability to manage geographically dispersed teams
  • Proficient at creating and tracking complex development schedules
  • Capacity to own and execute multiple programs simultaneously
  • Proven ability to achieve results in a fast-moving and dynamic environment
  • Proficient in Propel, Agile PLM, or similar software
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related discipline required
