government ID. Job Description Summary: The Manager, Global Sales
Analytics PMO position is responsible for planning, leading, and
executing enterprise-wide projects that achieve the goals of
creating a best-in-class Sales Analytics organization. This
position requires a seasoned professional with relevant experience
in sales, operations, and program management, a high level of
energy, great communication skills, the perpetual enthusiasm to
learn new skills, take on new responsibilities, and a demonstrated
ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment. The
position is highly visible and involves frequent interaction with
leaders across Analytics and Sales. The ideal candidate has a
proven ability to track record of leading projects from start to
finish and transforming large people organization as a highly
motivated and effective teammate. Job Description: Plan, lead and
successfully manage strategic key initiatives in the Sales and
Partner Analytics Organization. Establish clear roles and
responsibilities, and lead as the driving force behind the process
of aligning key organizational sales stakeholders. Collaborate with
key internal & external stakeholders (e.g Analytics, Sales, Data
Science, Finance, Partner, Compensation team, etc.) to create
detailed project plan(s) to accomplish a multilayered Sales
transformation and sales data automation roadmap. Execute Chief of
Staff responsibilities for senior Sales Analytics leader. Establish
communications cadence, operational review meetings, and reporting
progress against goals and status of initiatives to ensure
appropriate program governance while build and maintain
relationships to increase collaboration and productivity. Develop,
track, and report key enterprise metrics for strategic sales
initiatives - Define, develop, enhance, and produce effective
reporting for various levels of management team based on the right
set of sales metrics related to the annual, quarterly, monthly, and
daily operations of the company. Leading Quarterly and annual
roadmapping for strategic initiatives across Sales Analytics orgs
and external key stakeholders. Capture, consolidate and interpret
performance metrics and data from multiple systems to create
effective management reporting. Develop tools and processes to
enable streamline inefficiencies. Recommend process improvements.
Automate existing workflows to improve the efficiency of the
company. Set up and maintain departmental document repositories,
global distribution lists, and various databases for
leadership-level information dissemination and archiving. Utilize
frameworks to help structure the team's thinking, drive visibility,
and facilitate alignment. Streamline/automate existing processes
and recommend process improvements to improve the efficiency of the
company. Mentor Junior program manager on key projects. Plan and
drive and lead critical business programs of significant complexity
independently. Experience in thinking strategically and acting
operationally and experience managing ambiguity, risk, and changing
direction of projects and strategies. Support the vision and values
of the Program Management team by leading domain education learning
series, communications creation, brown bag sessions, and x-domain
firedrill support and other team initiatives as requested.
REQUIRED: 6+ years of relevant experience in strategy, sales,
change management, project/program management, and/or analytics.
Excellent verbal communication, presentation, collaboration and
teamwork skills with demonstrated ability to gain trust, secure
buy-in and influence change at all levels. Broad understanding
measurement methodology and strategy in Sales, Inside Sales, CSM,
Enterprise Marketing, Partner Sales, domains. Baseline
understanding of data infrastructure systems. Highly skilled in the
creation of presentations, new reporting mechanisms and other
documents. High attention to detail with ability to synthesize
information from multiple sources and distill it in crisp, clear
language appropriate for a variety of audiences. Strong analytical,
strategic-thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills as
well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities,
assignments, and roles. Advanced proficiency in the use of
Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)
required. Strong process orientation and demonstrated ability to
define and document new or improved business and financial planning
and management processes and reporting mechanisms. Demonstrated
understanding of process improvement programs and processes, with
experience driving them successfully within organizations highly
preferred. Exhibit the highest standards of integrity and be
pleasant & fun to work with. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a
team-based environment that is fast-paced, rapidly changing, and
service-oriented. Proactive, resourceful, and creative in fully
utilizing available resources and data to achieve excellent
analysis. High level of attention to detail, including the ability
to maintain meticulous records of projects and programs financials,
