Director, Managed Care Access will work closely with regional care
delivery organizations to support their achievement of improved
routine and specialty access for their patients. The objectives of
this role will be to support and identify improvement opportunities
in partnership with care delivery organizations and support their
implementation and goals to achievement. - You'll enjoy the
flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you
take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities:
- Determine initial scope of each regional care delivery
organization access improvement, support agreement on milestones
for improvement, collect data relative to access before and after
initiatives are implemented, present and share results, scale
initiatives enterprise wide when appropriate -
- Mapping requirements of internal resources and securing capable
project teams -
- Motivating and tracking improvement -
- Managing project teams -
- Discover and connect Medical Groups with opportunities to
improve their access as defined -
- Identify, manage and mitigate project risks and issues - You'll

other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in medical group setting or healthcare
consulting preferred in Managed Care
- 4+ years of experience working with network management or
contracting departments within Medical Groups or Care Delivery
Organizations -
- Managed Care experience -
- Knowledge and experience in network and contracting within
regional medical groups -
- Ability to work remote -
- Ability to travel 25% of the time -

Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $113,500
to $218,100. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is
$113,500 to $218,100. Pay is based on several factors including but
not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In
