Our consumer business is in full transition. To further expand our
market leadership position we are integrating key functions to
continuously drive improvement to our consumer experience.
In the role of Sr Director of Global Consumer Experience, you will
be in charge of the development of our consumer experience vision,
strategy, it's cross-functional implementation as well as directly
leading our Global Customer Support organization.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead our Global Customer Support organization. Scale
efficiently and incorporate cutting edge technology to create
industry leading customer experience.
- Champion the Consumer Experience vision and strategy
cross-functionally, including the development and execution of
processes, communications and knowledge building.
- Develop and maintain relationships across the organization to
drive optimal consumer experience.
- Actively participate with cross-functional organizations (like
IT) to execute vision of creating consumer friendly tools &
- Provide vision to create easy to use self-help tools for our
- Execute and manage day-to-day planning and operations of a
Global Customer Support team.
- Driving analytics-based decisions and setting up feedback loops
to different divisions for products, services and consumer
- MS Degree + 10 years experience in Consumer Business
- Executive Leadership, strategic planning & vision, integration
& transformation, data analysis & modeling, customer championship,
mentorship & talent development, cross-functional leadership.
- Experienced global team leader with strong management skills
- Experience in leading transformation processes from customer
service to customer experience in large complex structures
- Ability to stretch from strategy development to operational
- Cross-functional alignment and focused team execution
- Influential management skills

Compensation & Benefits Details
- An employee's pay position within the salary range may be based
on several factors including but not limited to (1) relevant
education; qualifications; certifications; and experience; (2)
skills, ability, knowledge of the job; (3) performance,
contribution and results; (4) geographic location; (5) shift; (6)
internal and external equity; and (7) business and organizational
