  This role includes managing the day-to-day success of morning and afternoon commuter programs across client campuses. New team members work in an energetic, collaborative environment with Operations leadership, while honing their operations knowledge, interacting with new technologies, and advocating The Hallcon Way.
  
  Key Responsibilities
  
  • Meet and exceed all client expectations
  • Create and manage effective dispatch and operation teams
  • Make sure all routes/run are performed safely, reliably, and on-time
  • Provide strong leadership, promoting a positive and engaging workplace
  • Ensure operation-wide safety and compliance at all levels
  • Control direct cost and manage established Operations budgets
  • Assist with cost-effective maintenance and cleaning programs to ensure rider safety and experienceQualifications
    
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with riders and clients with clarity, tact and courtesy
    • Must be computer literate and have working experience with Microsoft Office suite
    • Must be able to work various days and hours with flexibility, as required
    • Must be at least 21 years of age
    • Must be qualified to work in the United StatesTraining & Experience
      
      • Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience managing customer service and transportation service
      • Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience managing transportation service
      • Requires experience with FMCSA regulations as prescribed by the US Department of Transportation
