the VP, Field Sales, Americas & EMEA and Worldwide Support, Digital
Media, this leader will be responsible for top of
funnel/acquisition across the newly acquired Digital Media
businesses. The VP of Growth will partner closely with the Digital
Media leadership team to accelerate current channels and verticals,
as well as elaborate, test and scale new go-to-market strategies,
this new executive will strive to ensure our clients and prospects
realize the full benefit of the multiple solutions Adobe's digital
media organization has to offer. This is a key leadership role that
will be responsible for inspiring, motivating, managing and
coaching a successful team of product sales executives and account
management teams. What you'll do Drive, own and deliver the sales
goals for our value sales offerings Create a new go to market
approach, to scale our product offerings with an emphasis on
accelerated revenue growth, and speed of execution. Develop and
execute a go-to-market strategy that ensures the Digital Media
organization exceeds its revenue and profitability goals. Propel
sales and customer success leadership to develop and implement
revenue driving strategies, which create long-term customer and
business value. Be a hands-on thought leader who inspires and
mentors colleagues and direct reports with clear thinking, market
insight, customer understanding, problem solving, and top-notch
deal making skills. Create, nurture, manage, and grow our sales
team What you'll need to succeed Have an entrepreneurial spirit, be
highly collaborative, data driven and rigorous, and have a passion
for building something new. Ability to make business decisions
based on data and metrics. Have an inspiring and hands on
leadership style. Be a hands-on thought leader who inspires and
mentors colleagues and direct reports with clear thinking, market
insight, customer understanding, problem solving, and top-notch
deal making skills. 15 plus years' experience in building systems
of growth in startup software companies and ramping them up
combined with large company experience as well. Proven track record
of leading year over year high growth focused primarily on new
business growth across SMB, Enterprise & Mid-Market. Experience in
Value Selling and Creativity to make the deal. Get to know the team
