We are looking for a Program Manager New Hire Onboarding Experience to help manage our global New Hire Onboarding and Orientation Program. In this role, you will be a critical part of Roku's ongoing growth and evolution. You will work closely with the Sr Manager New Hire Onboarding Experience and cross-functional partners worldwide to bring strategy to life, laying the core cultural foundation for new hire success at Roku and future talent development initiatives.

We are looking for someone with a track record of innovative and effective program management resulting in clear, measurable business impact. This role will report to our Sr Manager New Hire Onboarding Experience and will be based in either our San Jose, CA, Santa Monica, CA, New York, NY, or Austin, TX office.
What you'll be doing


  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners, designers, and facilitators on the ongoing management of a seamless Global New Hire experience.
  • Integrate Core Cultural Mindsets, Knowledge, and Skills throughout Onboarding to create organizational alignment to the norms that differentiate Roku and drive performance.
  • Leverage human-centered design, design thinking, and evidence-based learning science to enhance engagement and improve retention.
  • Integrate HR, IT, and Legal Onboarding processes and requirements into a New Hire experience that feels intuitive, seamless, and from one voice.
  • Expedite speed to productivity for new hires via access to automated and on-demand learning content (Enterprise and Domain-specific), Subject Matter Experts, and digital resources.
  • Manage the complexities of the New Hire Experience with a focus on continual improvement.
  • Use people data and ongoing evaluation of program impact to keep stakeholders informed and guide future design and program improvements.

    We're excited if you have

    • The equivalent of five years experience in Learning & Talent Development with a minimum of three years leading measurably impactful L&D Programs.
    • Strengths in cross-functional collaboration, effective communication, and continuous improvement.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a bias towards action and results.
    • A track record in the successful use of design thinking.
    • Humility, curiosity, and courage.
