Our portfolio within the Division includes providing a diverse set of services centered within Program, Project and Construction management in the public works, healthcare, research, commercial, industrial, educational, judicial, institutional, transportation and aviation market sectors.We have an exciting opportunity working as a -Project -Controls Manager supporting all aspects of project controls functions including cost, schedule, document and risk management functions on a large-scale aviation Project in San Jose, CA.The position requires the following:

• Working knowledge of all phases of execution from planning/ programming, design, procurement, construction, and close-out
• Ability to develop, update and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide status updates to clients and Sr. Management. -
• Working knowledge of all elements of cost management, including funds management, budget control, change management, forecasting, and reporting
• Working knowledge of scheduling best practices with the ability to manage and report the status of contractor schedules.
• Working knowledge of risk management and document practices
• Demonstrated ability to manage a team of staff of various disciplines, to accurately and efficiently complete deliverables and meet deadlinesRequirements:
  • Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience within Project Controls and demonstrate proficiency in multiple project controls disciplines.
  • Preferred accreditations from AACE include CCP, CEP, PSP, EVP or PRMP
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field from an accredited College or University.
  • Ability to work full time onsite
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Oracle Primavera Unifier, and Primavera P6 is required.
  • Experience with data analytics and BIM software is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience and working knowledge of cost engineering and scheduling are required.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and management skills
  • Preferred experience with large transportation or aviation programs.
