Program Manager
Come grow with us! We are searching for a Program Manager to supervise staff and oversee our curriculum implementation as we expand and open more centers. Qualified candidates will have obtained the state licensing required ECE/CD coursework units, including the infant/toddler course.

The ideal candidate is a passionate, committed early childhood professional who is driven to making a difference in the lives of the young children and the families we serve. The PM reports to the Center Director and is the direct manager for classroom staff, accountable for the overall implementation, assessment, administration, and continued enhancement of the ScuttleBugs proprietary curriculum. The PM will train and mentor and empower classroom staff to excel with regard to their own roles and responsibilities. The ability to adhere to regional/state/Licensing guidelines and current best practices and collaborative teaching strategies is critical.
The PM demonstrates strong leadership combined with excellent organization skills, is an active leader in teacher development, and able to form strong relationships with the teaching staff, children, and parents/family members. The PM is responsible for successful adherence to staffing schedules and management of classroom supplies and budgets, competent in HR matters and fully embrace what technology can bring to your profession and welcome the use of data/metrics to help shape your decisions.
