working in B2B enterprise technology marketing. You are a skilled
Storyteller and Program Man ager. You---re passionate about
storytelling and finding new ways to engage IT and business
professionals at all levels to share their stories about how
technology transforms their organizations and what they, as
individuals and leaders, can achieve. As a proven professional in
one or more marketing functions, you have the ability to combine
strategic thinking and program execution with a solid approach to
uncovering compelling stories that are told in multiple formats and

program design and development, to advocate recruitment, request
fulfillment, and content development, Big Sky works with its
clients to engage advocates, uncover compelling stories, and
provide creative ways to share them. Clients include Adobe, Akamai,
Coursera, Google Cloud, Meta, Informatica, Pure Storage, SAP,
ServiceNow, Matterport, VMware, and more. The Opportunity: As a
Senior Manager, Customer Advocacy you will lead and execute
customer reference and customer advocacy program activities for
assigned high-tech client(s). In this role, you will bring your
program expertise and relationship-building skills to bear to serve
as a trusted advisor providing clients with ongoing guidance on how
to maximize their programs--- effectiveness and impact. This role
works collaboratively with client as well as internal account
management teams to achieve results. In this role, you will: Engage
regularly with client contacts to provide ongoing counsel and
recommendations for the program, opportunities to evolve and/or
improve their program, and to provide status updates on program
activities Conduct outreach to and drive relationship development
with client sales teams and customers to identify and engage
customer advocates for sales and marketing activities Manage
implementation and ongoing execution of an advocate request
fulfillment model to respond to sales and marketing needs for
peer-to-peer sales references, as well as customers to support
general marketing, AR, PR, brand campaigns, and other activities
Coordinate and conduct customer interviews with business and
technology professionals at all levels to capture each customer---s
potential story and suitability to participate in a full range of
activities Craft story angles and work with writers and design
teams to produce high-quality content --- including customer
stories, blogs, social media, slides, and more --- that aligns with
a client---s program strategy and key messaging Manage content
through development, review and approval cycles, and publishing
Track program activities in clients--- customer marketing
technology platforms and provide ongoing support for program
reporting Assist with special projects and other activities as
needed Requirements Relationship Building, Influence, &

senior levels of their organizations. Customer Advocacy Expertise:
You understand the role of customer advocacy as a strategic part of
a company---s sales and marketing efforts. You have experience
creating and executing on program strategies that advances a
program---s maturity as well as its reputation both internally and
externally. You set measurable goals and excel at achieving and
communicating results. You have experience using common Customer
Marketing technology platforms, including Influitive, SlapFive,
Crowdvocate, Upland/RO Innovation, Salesforce, or Point of
Reference. You have strong interviewing and storytelling skills.
Your work is proof of your excellent written communication and
editing skills. You---ve produced work that goes beyond
communicating technical details to telling stories that inspire and
educate others on the positive impact technology has on people and
organizations around the world. Strategic Thinking & Judgement: You
think strategically and creatively to meet client objectives. You
exercise independent judgement, critical thinking, and
follow-through to execute projects from initial stage through
completion. Project & Workflow Management: You complete projects on

Your experi ence includes: Bachelor---s Degree required 6 or more
years of experience supporting customer advocacy, marketing, PR, or
AR programs Technology marketing experience preferred Prior agency
