This position will help oversee compliance program initiatives and play a key role in supporting ADI's culture of compliance and ethics that enables our Company to stay ahead of what's possible.

The position will report to the Vice President, Associate General Counsel, Employment, Privacy, and Compliance. This position will be based in either California or Massachusetts.Job Description:Responsibilities and Duties include but not limited to:

  • Drive the day-to-day program management of the Compliance program initiatives
  • Monitor, update and integrate Compliance policies, processes, and procedures
  • Develop and deliver effective training and awareness programs, including in-person and online training, and "awareness" campaigns
  • Initiate, organize, and drive timely completion of projects relating to ADI's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, including facilitating and overseeing global factory assessments by customers and the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA)
  • Formulate, track and manage completion of corrective actions relating to CSR assessments
  • With oversight by the Legal team, manage/track the whistleblower reports, complete compliance-related investigations, identify and implement corrective actions, and report on investigation-related metrics
  • Contribute to the creation of reports for review by senior management and the Board regarding investigation findings, trends, issues and corrective actions
  • Manage vendor due diligence system for key vendors, compile and analyze risk assessments from stakeholders, and assist with risk mitigation
  • Research best practices and consider recent enforcement trends in developing and conducting training and awareness efforts
  • Drive data analysis and insight to inform policy enhancements
  • Support and/or manage Compliance-related projects and initiatives, including integration of policies, procedures, and systems
  • Exercise leadership skills by taking ownership of issues and managing problems big and small
  • Deliver results and projects on time with minimal supervision Job Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree
    • 5+ years of relevant experience, including experience managing ethics and compliance initiatives, conducting internal investigations, and/or drafting or modifying policies or procedures
    • Exceptional project management skills, attention to detail, and a proven ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
    • High degree of initiative in managing multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment
    • Ability to establish and develop relationships of trust and confidence; strong influencing and collaborating skills
    • High performance standards, impeccable integrity, excellent judgment, well-honed analytical skills, good sense of humor, positive attitude, and flexible
    • Ability to exercise discretion in dealing with highly confidential matters--
    • Pragmatic, organized, and customer-focused
    • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and professionally, both in written and verbal formats
    • Able to travel, as needed up to 25%
    • Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)Preferred Qualifications
      • Degree in a related field, i.e. Juris Doctor degree--
      • Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) or equivalent certification
      • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
      • Prior experience working on global compliance issues
      • Prior experience working for a technology company
