About this opportunity As the Global Product & Consumer Experience Manager you will help craft and deploy the mobile app product strategy globally. You will partner with key product, marketing, design and engineering leaders across the organization to define and drive key consumer features in the mobile app and web. An ideal candidate will be a digital product manager for a consumer application who relentlessly pushes to understand and advocate for user needs, is comfortable making data-driven decisions and is able to lead, partner across functions and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will---
    • Define features and write clear product requirements and effectively communicate ideas to team for implementation
    • Be a key contributor to digital and mobile app projects, helping translate business needs that contribute to mobile growth into an execution plan, and working on delivery of results
    • Have a customer-obsessed mindset. Be able to put yourself in the consumer's shoes to understand their needs and how they interact with our products
    • Pull data or research needed to help move fast with confidence
    • Test hypotheses, analyze and communicate results
    • Keep up with competitive research and analytics to identify and further validate opportunities
    • Collaborate with internal partners to resolve logistic challenges and continuously improve our systems
    • Define success metrics for individual projects and features
    • Partner and support regions in meeting their business goals
    • Provide a disciplined approach to tracking on-going user behavior and make recommendations for optimizing our product experience
    • Simplify ambiguous situations or complex ideas into easy to understand messages and to drive clarity
    • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment In this role, you'll need ---
      • Minimum 4 years--of consumer digital experience, digital product management, digital product marketing experience or other relevant experience
      • Experience with leading UI/UX design and practices for consumer mobile apps is preferred
      • Experience working closely with development teams driving the product management process
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into key learnings and execution plans that drive business results
      • Work collaboratively with internal partners and continuously clear roadblocks to move your projects forward
      • Knowledge of marketing fundamentals
