Job Description:

Company is seeking a strong candidate to build it's Customer Success Program. This role will contain two major tranches of responsibility (1) develop, deploy, and support Company's AppCloud SaaS solution and (2) to promote new features and functionality driving increased revenue opportunities with operator customers on a global basis. The successful candidate will possess account management and Project Management expertise and initiate, lead, plan, execute, and deploy initiatives of varying sizes and complexity with large-scale customers. The candidate must be a quick learner with an assertive personality who can navigate independently through multiple internal and external customer teams; this will be done by using their negotiation, communication, and presentation skills as well as business acumen. Responsibilities and skills:

• Oversee operational excellence for the Customer Engagement organization partnering with cross functional teams
• Drive same customer revenue growth through, increasing deployed subscriber footprint, promotion of AVOD/SVOD applications, metadata integration and ad ecosystem adoption
• Collaborate with our Cloud Operations and Content Partnership organizations to meet content distribution goals and operational excellent objectives while remaining in-sync with the corporate strategy
• Develop operational procedures and strategies to facilitate a standardized approach to customer contracting, integration, deployment and management
• Develop and implement an efficient solution deployment playbook
• Oversee customer planning, scheduling, and reporting activity
• Provide professional governance to ensure that the communications and expectations between the teams are constant and consistent
• Report to management on deployment status, issues, decisions, and risk factors using accepted reporting structures and methodologies. Provide business cohesiveness across highly technical and experienced functional groups Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of relevant Account Management experience managing revenue streams of $50M or greater
  • 3+ years project/program experience driving projects and services activity across multiple teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules. PMP or similar credential a significant plus
  • Experience with End User Device or Service deployments in large operator environments or with similar integrated hardware/software solutions
  • Experience analyzing cost / benefit and analytics / metrics to quantify activity
  • Ability to build KPI's and other success factors
  • Work with minimal supervision and be able to work effectively with individuals at all levels, often under the pressure of fast breaking, sometimes ambiguous situation or with changing priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills are a must, as are well-developed time management and multitasking abilities along with solid judgment and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to present complex technical assessments and issues along with recommended solutions at a senior level
  • Experience in Cable, Telco, or network centric companies is a plus. Travel and Location Requirements:
    • San Jose, CA or the surrounding area is preferred
    • Ability to travel to customers globally, 30-40% of the time
