We are looking to hire a Tax Manager, International Tax to support our Business Needs Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities, depending upon candidate experience and fit would include: --- Manage all US-International and foreign aspects of the Company's quarterly and annual income tax provision calculations and related financial statement disclosures, including current and deferred provision calculations, return-to-provision calculation and analysis, reconciliation and analysis of tax accounts, the analysis of uncertain tax positions and valuation allowance, and preparation of tax memos related thereto --- Provide technical guidance and review all US international calculations, including but not limited to GILTI, FDII, BEAT, Subpart F, APB23 and FTCs, for technical and quantitative accuracy. --- Manage global transfer pricing policies and calculations, including review and implementation of transfer pricing studies. --- Ensure accurate, timely filing of consolidated federal, state and local income tax returns and other business related filings --- Coordinate with external service providers and auditors on domestic, financial reporting and international tax matters --- Partner with business leaders, tax, finance, treasury, legal, and external advisers on business and tax planning matters --- Bring additional value by identifying tax planning opportunities, and identifying tax issues proactively --- Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments, communicate the effects of these developments to management and the tax team and create strategies to capitalize on changes to taxation legislation --- Build and maintain effective control procedures and documentation over all aspects of the tax process --- Support US federal, state, local and foreign tax audit defense and tax notices & inquiries --- Ad hoc tax projects as required or as needed Bachelor's Degree + 8--Years of experience preferred Equal Opportunity Employer:--Disability/Veteran
