Prepares and conducts performance evaluationsPlans and controls budgetsCoordinates building and other physical needs necessary to accomplish the function of the Social Development ProgramConducts departmental meetings on a regular basisPrepares required reports as necessaryAssures PRH ComplianceProvides teambuilding for Social Development StaffInsures compliance with EEO, AAP and other contractual goals and objectivesDevelops a planned orientation program for new hires and provides in-service training for departmental staffAssist students with resume development, job search strategies, and utilize Labor Market Information (LMI) and other resources to develop placement support efforts tailored to meet the needs and qualifications of each individual studentQualificationsMinimum: Bachelors Degree in Social Service field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Three years of profesional Job Corps experience or similar training program and one year experience in a supervisory capacity. Preffered: Masters Degree in Social Service field.
