ID: 254782-- We are looking for--a--Senior Manager, Digital Product to join Micron's--Global--Digital Marketing team, part of the Global Communications &--Marketing (GCM) organization.--You will be--responsible for translating--the--high-level strategic vision for--Micron.com and related digital channels--into a product roadmap and leading its execution. As a digital product manager, you'll develop the product strategy, lead the day-to-day management of those features/functions/experiences/capabilities--worldwide, initiate and prioritize--digital--projects. Core Responsibilities:-- Reporting to the Director of Global Digital Marketing, you will own and execute--on--global--digital--product vision, strategy, and roadmap for delivering--category-shifting--digital experiences on Micron.com-- Manage the--Global--Digital Product and Web Operations teams--comprised of UX and visual designers, developers,--experience strategists--and project managers-- Strategically problem-solve with a focus on formulating a compelling vision and strategy and translating that to substantial--digital--roadmaps and results-- Define the end-to-end experiences for Micron.com, including defining high-level requirements, translating this into a roadmap, and prioritizing the deliverables and execution-- Lead the development of new features from concept to launch through the entire digital product design life cycle from user research and ideation to prototyping to readiness planning-- Stay abreast of relevant emerging technologies/AI, content innovations and e-commerce trends to inform product direction and strategy-- Drive new product capabilities from concept to successful delivery/adoption-- Partner with IT on back-end development and system integrations-- Collect and prioritize epics & user stories from business stakeholders-- Facilitate ongoing design-build sprints with Digital Product--and Web Operations--teams-- Manage Marketing Technology--vendor relationships--(eg, Adobe AEM)-- Build out--the--offshore development resource--model-- Provide updates to senior leadership-- Required--Qualifications:-- Bachelor's Degree-- 10+ years of experience in digital product or channel management-- 7+ years of experience managing--product development teams-- Track record of successful digital product launches--for--global--Fortune 500 companies-- Extensive experience--building--websites with enterprise--Web Content Management Systems (eg, Adobe AEM)-- Strong knowledge base and experience developing or leading digital experiences, coupled with knowledge of the underlying technology, both current and emerging-- Deep experience in design thinking, UX and Agile delivery methodologies and experience working with designers and developers to craft usable experiences-- Experience with data analysis and using a data driven approach to drive decision making.-- Highly developed communication and presentations skills with a superior ability to effectively communicate and present complex concepts and issues to leadership teams-- Strong presence with ability to interact with and influence all levels of the organization--in a highly matrixed global organization-- Strong analytical skills with ability to take complex concepts and distill simplified, data-driven solutions that are in alignment with product goals and KPIs-- Skilled at working cross-functionally with technology, service, operations, marketing and product teams to lead the entire lifecycle of the experiences-- A curious, can-do attitude and an ability to learn quickly and thrive in a complex, dynamic--and fast-paced--environment-- About Micron Technology, Inc.
