As part of Cisco's Data & Analytics Office (DAO), you will be able to lead a matrix team while contributing to multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously, maintain relationships and own deliverables end-to-end. Critical to the success of this role is your ability to work with big data, develop insightful analysis, work effectively as part of a cross-functional team, and communicate findings in a clear and compelling way. Design innovative data and analytics products and capabilities that will enable connected, clean, and complete data across Cisco enabling business growth Drive business enablement and adoption of these products and capabilities with cross-functional business teams and in partnership with DAO's architecture and product engineering teams Engage with teams across the organization representing "data"; act as the "connective tissue" between initiatives and serve as the point of contact Design enterprise frameworks, journeys, and target operating models to be adopted across the company in support of the products and capabilities Engage with Cisco's product organization and build a team to be embedded in their agile PODs to ensure data capabilities are connected to the digital transformation Consult across the Cisco's Product and Engineering organizations to make data driven product decisions and find data driven product opportunities Define, analyze, and validate key metrics and hypotheses to inform decision-making and measure the success Partner with Cisco BE's Product Managers, Developers, Data Architects, and vendors to implement and maintain analytics that capture customer behavior. Deliver these products and capabilities through Agile methodologies Who You Are Minimum Qualifications: 15 years of experience leading product analytic teams in a software development environment. Experience informing product decisions through quantitative and qualitative analysis. Experience with the technical aspects of analytics, data science and statistical methodologies, data management, analytical and data visualization software tools, etc. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in an enterprise technology setting, bringing both demonstrated expertise in SaaS, as well as a nuanced understanding of the cloud market and competitive dynamics/customer adoption behavior.
