• Develop a clear and compelling vision for how Infineon will help customers through IoT ecosystem partners
• Establish strategies around core ecosystems and partners, and execute those strategies through business partnerships, complementary product integration, and go-to-market coordination
• Leverage your existing and develop new relationships with partners to identify opportunities for ecosystem engagement
• Collaborate with sales to drive large-scale opportunities around ecosystem partnerships
• Coordinate with Infineon standards representatives to align standards strategy to Infineon Ecosystem and Product strategies
• Drive the development of marketing content and campaigns around ecosystems and partners
• Travel domestically and internationally to meet with customers, partners, and industry organizations Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  
  
  • Master's/Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent), MBA preferred
  • 15+ years of experience in technical business development in the IoT market
  • Deep understanding of the consumer, commercial, and industrial IoT partners, standards, and ecosystems
  • Strong, established relationships with IoT ecosystem players
  • Proven track record of leading ecosystem strategies that drive business results
  • Strong technical knowledge of SaaS, software, and IoT cloud services including AWS IoT and Microsoft Azure
  • Strong communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing; comfort in business and technical discussions
  • The ability to effectively build relationships, collaborate and influence others
  • Experience working with senior executives across various companies in Silicon Valley and around the world
  • Strong analytical and technical skills to work on complex business issues with minimum supervision
  • The philosophy and experience of a self-starter, who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative high-growth environment
