Job Description:
A leading recycling company in the electronics industry is
seeking a--General--Manager in the greater San Jose, CA area. San
Jose General Manager Job Opening * The General Manager is
responsible for handling the daily operations of the company to
ensure efficiency and high standards. * Oversees--financial
operations of the company including sales, collection, budgeting,
etc. * Monitors shipping, receiving,
inventory,--and--transportation, in order to--track production and
customer satisfaction. * Manage the--operations standards and
regulations--such--lean--manufacturing, ISO,--and OSHA. * Ensure
the company meets or exceeds goals in--areas including--revenue,
productivity, quality,--and more. Job Requirements:General Manager
(San Jose area) Job Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in management
or a related field. * 5+ years of management and leadership
experience. * Track record of growing business in previous
positions. * Experience with KPIs and continuous improvement
procedures. * Previous experience with ERP systems.
