Job Description:
The Business Operations Manager is a key role within the company
that requires a hard working, highly intelligent, energetic and
organized individual who can balance the operations of a successful
small, growing sales and consulting company. The position will
encompass accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable,
finance, HR, benefits, commissions, payroll and facilities
responsibilities. This role would require the expectation of
increasing responsibilities. The Business Operations Manager
position involves the following:- Accounting- Accounts Payable-
Accounts Receivable- Financial Reporting and Forecasting-
Commissions administration- Payroll- Benefits administration (401K
and Health insurance)- Facilities administration- Coordinating
supplies, property leases and office equipment- Vendor management-
Administration of business licensing- Perform all other duties as
assigned
Qualifications/Skills:- Bachelor's degree in business
administration, accounting, finance or similar related field (or
equivalent experience)- Strong accounting skills- Professional
demeanor with strong work ethic and dependability- Solid writing
skills- Strong people skills- Strong math skills- Excellent time
management skills- Excellent organizational skills- Excellent
communication skills- Strong analytical and problem solving skills-
Detail oriented- Ability to multi-task- Ability to work well in a
fast paced dynamic environment
Preferred Skills:- Windows PC experience- MS Outlook experience-
Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills- Intermediate to advanced
MS Word skills- Quickbooks experience
Strengths, Interests and Expectations:- High energy and ready to
work in a fast moving work environment- Long term interest in
becoming a key member of the Telapprise management team- Must be
smart and a quick learner- Must be team-oriented- Must be self
starter/motivated with ambition- Must have capacity to work well
independently without close supervision or management.US based

Salary: $75,000 and $100,000 Annual Salary. Commensurate with
experience and educational level.
