Job Description As a Cleanroom Assembler, you will be assigned
specific products and daily build quantity goals. With parts and
tools provided at your station, you will utilize computer-accessed
prints and drawings to perform both mechanical and electrical
assembly tasks at a bench station. Mechanical tasks include working
with screws, bolts, framing, and housings, while electrical tasks
involve laying-in wires and making connections. You will also use
quality inspection instruments to ensure build tolerances are met.
Responsibilities Complete daily assigned product builds and meet
quantity goals. Utilize provided parts and tools to carry out
assembly tasks. Access and interpret prints and drawings from a
computer for assembly guidance. Perform mechanical assembly,
including working with screws, bolts, framing, and housings.
Conduct electrical assembly by laying-in wires and making necessary
connections. Utilize quality inspection instruments to verify build
tolerances. Essential Skills 3-5 years of technical assembly
experience with full electromechanical builds. 3-5 years of
experience reading assembly drawings and prints. Proficiency with
hand and power tools, including impact drivers, manual and electric
screwdrivers, and T-Handle Allen wrenches. 3-5 years of experience
reading metric and standard tape measures. 3-5 years of experience
using calipers and micrometers. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with height gauges, thread gauges, or similar quality
instruments. Familiarity with .03 micron tolerance. Background in

Environment Work in a cleanroom setting with climate control,
contributing to complex electro-mechanical assemblies for military
robotics, medical microchips, and custom machined components. The
schedule offers two shifts: 1st shift from 6 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday
through Friday, with optional overtime; and 2nd shift from 2:30 PM
to 1:00 AM, Monday through Thursday, also with optional overtime.
The team size is 14-16, and the dress code includes closed-toe
shoes, jeans, and T-shirts. Job Type & Location This is a Contract
to Hire position based out of Dayton, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay
range for this position is $19.00 - $21.85/hr. Eligibility

classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to
