You Will Do:
- Lead a multi-disciplined team's efforts within
Engineering.
- Responsible for leadership, management, and oversight of the
ICTs efforts across multiple contracts.
- Be challenged with significant complexity related to the
relationships within the customer/Prime community.
- Empowered to make decisions of significant importance to the
joint business interests and will need to work closely with
leadership across AST.
- Travel up to 10% travel time to other AST sites and customer
sites.Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering
or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations
and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced
Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in
absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Systems Engineering process and/or Software
Product Development.
- Experience working in the defense industry, the Intelligence
Community, or with other government agencies.
- Experience with program planning, execution and/or support
(cost/budget, schedule, integration, and/or project
management).
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued
TS/SCI security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is
required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security
clearance.Qualifications We Prefer:
- Active U.S. government issued TS/SCI security clearance or
current SSBI.
- Experience with broadband communications including network
operations, transport structures and switching equipment
- Experience providing technical leadership to engineers
throughout the entire Systems lifecycle.

our products.#ASTThe salary range for this role is 130,000 USD -
272,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate
representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several
factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the
role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work
experience, location, education/training, and key skills.Hired
applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited
