We provide key services for internal and external customers utilizing Cisco's XDR Platform. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build, maintain, and monitor new infrastructure for the XDR Platform. We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join our team.
WHAT YOU'LL DOYou will be tasked with:

• Developing and maintaining dynamic infrastructure
• Building platforms which provide key services to internal and external stakeholders
• Designing solutions for scalability and reliability
• Ensuring compliance with security controls
• Writing and reviewing system architectures and documentationThis position is ideal for a professional with:
  • A background in development coupled with infrastructure automation experience
  • A detail-oriented perspective who enjoys the challenge of multi-tasking, articulating project requirements, and keeping up to date with changing standards as set by various organizations (NIST, AICPA, ISO, FedRAMP, etc.)
  • The capability to effectively work with various customers, facilitate discussions, build consensus, establish priorities, and build credible relationships
  • Technical skills to take projects from start to finishAn interest and understanding of network telemetry, network flows, ports, protocols, TCP, UDP, etc.The successful applicant will be performing work in FedRAMP High or IL-5 environments, and therefore, must be a U.S. Person (i.e. U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee). This position may also perform work that the U.S. government has specified can only be performed by a U.S. citizen on U.S. soil.
    WHO YOU AREBasic Qualifications
    • 4+ years of experience in the administration of enterprise-grade AWS infrastructure
    • 4+ years of experience in software development environments
    • 4+ years of Linux systems administrationPreferred Qualifications
      • Experience with AWS services including: VPC, S3, Kinesis, RedShift, Lambda, EC2
      • Understanding of security risks and analysis
      • Background in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools including Terraform
      • Proficiency in infrastructure, service, and application monitoring tools
      • Strong networking skills
      • Ability to participate in a 24/7/265 on-call rotation
      • Software development experience (Ruby, Go, C, Python, etc.)
      • Relevant security certifications
      • Familiar with cryptography (X509, OpenSSL, etc.)
      • Experience with Git or other version control systems
