Description Staff Product EngineerProduct Engineering San Jose, CA, United States Job Description: Responsible for leading projects, teams, individuals, and developing project schedules.Focus will be on managing Automotive qualifications and program management.Ability to perform product characterization and product qualifications effortsPerform yield analysis and yield terface with various technical and production groups within the company.Contribute to all aspects of new product introduction.Must be an independent problem solver and team player in a highly dynamic environment. Education (state minimum requirements):BSEE or equivalent, MSEE preferred Experience (state minimum requirements):Five years of recent experience in product engineering. Must have had ownership for at least one product line during that time.Knowledge of Automotive specifications such as IATF 16949 and AEC-Q100 and/or AEC-Q200.Experience with automotive product family management is desired.Experience in a high volume production environment is desiredKnowledge of CMOS basics and device physics, and BiCMOS knowledge is required.High voltage device physics including DMOS planar technology and experience with high voltage/ high power testing is a plus.Experience with bench setups and evaluations of semiconductors is desired.Yield analysis software/database experience and ability to demonstrate knowledge of statistical capabilities are required.Familiar with reliability testing, reliability methodologies, and basic failure analysis principles and techniques is required.Experience with automated test equipment for wafer sort and final test is required.Must be able to demonstrate ability as a problem solver.Clear written and verbal communication skills in English are required. Chinese language skills are a plus.
