Primary role is to help develop and support Automated robotics test solutions for AMRs (Autonomous Mobile Robots) through use of latest tools and technologies to support efficient optimized electronics manufacturing processes. This role requires interfacing closely with Senior/Advanced level Test Engineers, Design teams and other resources to develop highly automated, connected Smart IIOT based solutions for deployment at our manufacturing sites using best practices of Lean Six-Sigma within framework of I4.0 strategy curated by Zebra. This position offers future advancements to the right candidate into leadership roles in Technical operations arm of Supply chain to lead, develop, automate, optimize and innovate Manufacturing Test strategies & solutions, for wide range of Zebra offered products and solutions. Responsibilities:

• Establishes product testing requirements with design engineering and other advanced test engineers on the team
• Completes all phases of new product introduction launch from the test design engineering perspective (design, develop, debug, optimize, deploy and sustain test solutions)
• Leads test solution implementation and improvements at the manufacturing sites and delivers results to the stakeholders
• Analyzes results, develops, and modifies solutions to optimize and improve the test solutions using statistical data and Six Sigma tools (Cpk, GR&R, etc.)
• Develops test programs and electrical design interfaces to enable automation in manufacturing testing
• Develops documentation for new testing projects: test plans, test specifications, electrical schematics and block diagrams
• Considers latest technologies and new industry best practices to develop new and optimized tests
• Reviews, develops and deploys changes or upgrades to existing tests, tools, and testing protocols -Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ year experience OR Masters degree and 2+ year experience
  • Demonstrated experience with Python required
  • Solid experience in robotics and automationPreferred Qualifications:
    • Teststand -
    • Labview -
    • C# -
    • Solid understanding of electrical hardware
