affiliates. LI-PB1 In your new role you will: Develop tools and
methodologies for our Product Engineering organization specifically
in areas of product development for high speed memory interfaces
(Characterization, reliability qualification, production ramp) and
ongoing continuous improvement efforts Provide technical leadership
to ensure the development of successful products utilizing advanced
engineering tools, methods, and technology for addressing
Automotive applications Drive product development efficiencies for
meeting critical product introduction timelines Ensure best in
class cost structure through innovative and lean test methodology,
including DFM and DFT concepts Continual improvement of key
performance indicators of yield, test time, and 0 PPM outgoing
quality Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) and continuous
improvement methodologies to ensure manufacturing processes remain
both predictable and capable at the lowest possible operating cost.
Improve the yield to meet technology cost targets Strong
interpersonal skills with capable leadership to manage and lead a
senior cross-functional technical team world-wide Demonstrate
systematic, data driven problem solving Work closely with peers in
technology, design, packaging, reliability, and operations to
ensure deployment of best practices and continual learning You are
best equipped for this task if you have: B.S., M.S. in Electrical
Engineering, Material Science, or Applied Physics, with Product and
Test experience in high speed memory interfaces 10 years of
progressive experience in Product Engineering or related experience
with a proven record of ramping manufacturing processes to
high-volume capability Expert knowledge of high-speed memory
interfaces particularly LPDDR4 for Characterization and Test
Coverage enabling best-in-class efficiency and outgoing quality
Experience in working with design for LPDDR4 DFT/DFM definition,
development, qualification and taking it to high volume
manufacturing is a must A disciplined use of statistical methods
and tools such as JMP to establish robust product settings, analyze
yield, and experimental design and analysis Experience in use of
Statistical Process Control and Design of Experiments; quality and
continuous improvement methodologies such as Failure Mode and
Effects Analysis (FMEA), Root-cause Corrective Action (RCCA), Lean
Manufacturing, and 5Y's or 8D corrective actions Self-motivated,
attention to detail, and good communication skills Automotive (ATV)
