site at www.neatorobotics.com The Supplier Quality Engineer---s
responsibilities will include: supplier audits, assessment,
contract input, risk management, standards compliance, identify
supplier quality issues based on data, issue SCARs (Supplier
Corrective Action Requests), drive root cause, corrective and
preventative actions. Responsibilities Include: Work with
management to develop Neato---s Supplier Quality Management System
and Quality Policy Develop and implement Supplier quality programs
and standards including continuous quality improvement initiatives
for new and existing suppliers and provide input to supplier
contracts Perform regular audits of contract manufacturers,
suppliers, distribution centers, repair centers, and certain
sub-suppliers (Primary Regions US and EMEA) Assessment of
compliance to quality standards as defined in Neato---s Quality
Management System and Quality Policy Conduct supplier capability
reviews, provide risk assessment and contingency to support supply
chain in vendor selection Responsible for managing end-to-end
quality, working closely with suppliers and internal teams to
assure new product readiness and ensure performance meets the key
Neato quality and reliability metrics Manage production quality
review, identify quality issues based on data such as yields,
customer feedback, repair center data, and drive improvement Report
supplier performance and quality to managementSummarize quality
data and trends to create reports and presentations for all levels
of internal audiences as needed Issue SCARs (Supplier Corrective
Action Requests), drive root cause, corrective and preventative
actions to closure Subject matter expert in supplier quality
processes and participates on process improvement teams Up to 35%
travel may be required Skills Required: 7 years industry experience
including 3 years as a Supplier Quality Engineer related to system
level electronics hardware products Experience working with global
contract manufacturers and sub-suppliers Prefer experience working
with distribution centers and repair centers in retail electronics
Prefer experience working with electromechanical products or
consumer electronics Demonstrated success in fast-paced
environments Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) required ISO 900 2015
experienced Knowledge of DFM/DFX from early concept to product
realization Knowledge of statistics, design of experimentation
(DOE), six sigma, and risk analysis (FMEA, Cause and Effect,
Fishbone Diagram, JMP etc.). Ability to manage day to day tasks,
while driving improvements and reporting progress to Senior
Management Education and Experience: Engineering (EE, ME, IE, CS,
CE or related) Bachelor---s degree required Microsoft Office Suite
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience working with multiple
organizations across different cultures and regions Excellent
communication skills (written and oral) Familiar with Jira,
Confluence, Arena
