PRIMARY FUNCTION: Neuspera Medical is seeking a senior engineer level candidate with experience in bringing new innovative therapies to patients.
JOB DUTIES:

• Strong background in Neuroscience or Neuromodulation
• Help conceptualize and realize innovative new therapies
• Educate field team on use of product and therapy
• Management of preclinical studies, translation of preclinical knowledge to clinical practice
• Interface with customers including physicians, patients, clinical site staff, etc. to understand user needs and collect product feedback
• Work with engineering team to address field issues, deficiencies, and user feedback & create innovative solutions
• Interface with Marketing to provide regulatory review of claims and messages in support of overall marketing projects
• Contribute to a goal oriented collaborative productive work environment
  The ideal candidate will have experience in all the above areas with an implantable or wearable medical device application background. JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to interface with personnel in all areas in the medical device industry including engineering, regulatory, sales, clinical management, physicians, and patients QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
    • Bachelor's degree in a scientific field, B.S. or (MS or Ph.D.) in Biomedical Engineering or related field
    • Demonstrated experience in medical device product development with at least 2 years of experience with novel medical devices
    • Project management skills
    • Results driven; collaborative team player capable of working well with others
    • Strong verbal and medical writing communication skills Work Environment:
      • Up to 20% travel for intermittent periods
