hybrid position and can be based either in the Salt Lake City, UT
or San Jose, CA location.Raytheon Applied Signal Technology is
looking for a mid-level Subcontracts Manager that will report
directly to the AST Supply Chain Director, supporting multiple
programs within the Raytheon Intelligence and Space (RIS) business
unit.You will manage subcontracts and represent the Supply Chain
organization at various levels on functional and cross functional
teams to drive business success. - -Responsibilities include but
are not limited to:Negotiate and administer multiple subcontract
types, to include but not limited to, Firm Fixed Price, Cost
Reimbursement, Time and Materials, as well as development/R&D
efforts. Evaluate, identify, and select suppliers and business
partners. Generate and negotiate Teaming Agreements and other
related agreements. Work closely with Program Office
representatives and Engineering to define and implement procurement
strategies and develop subcontract Statements of Work. Solicit
proposals from prospective subcontractors and employ value analysis
techniques to analyze cost/price, technical capability and,
financial viability, conducting investigations to ensure ability to
perform within cost and schedule. Monitor and report cost,
schedule, and status of subcontractors and recommend or implement
corrective action as necessary. Prepare subcontract documentation
in accordance with established company, customer, and government
regulations. Perform risk analysis, and develop mitigation plans
and solutions to problems. Some mentoring of other employees in the
Supply Chain group including peer review of procurement packages
and compliance reviews. Travel to Raytheon Technologies and
supplier facilities as deemed necessary and appropriate to conduct
business - Typical travel may be monthly or quarterlyQualifications
You Must Have:8 years related experienceDemonstrated knowledge /
compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations
(FAR/DFARS)Experience in placing Purchase Orders of high dollar
levels and procurement complexityExperience leading executive and
program level supplier reviewsExperience making presentations
(verbal and/or written) to key stakeholdersThe ability to obtain
and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required
as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearanceDesired
Qualifications: -Raytheon Subcontracts, MPM, and/or EVM
CertificationsNCMA CertificationPrevious Cost Account Manager (CAM)
experiencePrevious Earned Value (EV) experienceActive Department of
Defense Secret or Top Secret
ClearanceEducation/Experience:Typically requires: A University
Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant
experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5

performance.The salary range for this role is 94,000 USD - 196,000
USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when
extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and
associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience,
