Splunk in the market through learning, we are looking for an
innovative and experienced Global Education Marketing Manager to
join our team! This is an incredible opportunity to lead the
marketing efforts for our education offerings and technical
enablement programs. Keeping our customers on their path to get as
much business value out of their investment as possible and guiding
our partners and Splunkers on their continuous learning journey to
success will be critical. To be successful, this person will rely
on their learning domain and marketing expertise to create
compelling messaging and positioning and execute cross-channel
activities to promote thought leadership and to drive awareness,
acquisition, and adoption of Splunk's education and enablement
offerings.Responsibilities:
- Develop and write positioning, messaging, learner success
stories demonstrating education value and benefits (business and
technical)
- Build compelling content, campaigns and assets using creative
formats (video infographics, datasheets, blogs, web pages,
presentations, and more) to fulfill marketing goals (thought
leadership, learner acquisition and retention, customer success)
and growskills in the market across customer, partners and
Splunkers (existing, new and future)
- Work closely with the education, customer success, sales,
marketing, and partner teams to develop first-hand knowledge of our
learners, our products and services and develop positioning,
messaging, tactics, content, and assets
- Partner cross functionally (content development, field
marketing, creative services, PR, other teams) to distribute &
communicate messaging, execute campaigns and events to fulfill
industry leadership and develop pipelineRequirements:
- B2B and B2C global marketing experience in education and
enablement
- Expertise in how to market education offerings and expand
learner acquisition, adoption and market penetration
- Track record of executing successful marketing and
communication campaigns that drive adoption
- Proven success launching and driving adoption of cloud- and
subscription-based offerings
- Passionate about education and mission to inspire and empower
the next generation to make a better world
- A life-long learner - continually growing and seeing mistakes
as learning opportunities
- Innovative, adaptive, inclusive and accountable
- Proven ability to work independently with a "make it happen"
attitude yet partner cross functionally
- Able to operate and execute in areas of uncertainty and
ambiguity, problem solver and quick learner

of $90,000.00. You may also be eligible for incentive pay + equity
