Job Title: Product Designer V Location: US Remote (PST
preferred) Duration: 6 Months Rate: $120 -$127/hr on w2 Start Date:
ASAP Portfolio Required: Yes (mandatory) About the Role A Product
Designer V is required to help design and deliver high-quality,
consumer-grade enterprise experiences across various social media
apps. In this role, you will own end-to-end product designfrom
early concept through pixel-perfect execution - while collaborating
closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Content
Designers. Youll be expected to uphold a high craft bar and move
quickly in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. Key
Responsibilities Design simple, intuitive, and elegant user flows
and experiences Translate broad, conceptual ideas into usable,
scalable product solutions Own the end-to-end UX/UI design process,
from concept through launch Contribute to strategic product
decisions alongside product and executive partners Rapidly
prototype ideas to drive alignment and inform design reviews
Partner cross-functionally with PMs, Engineers, Researchers, and
Content Designers Give and receive thoughtful design feedback to
continuously raise the quality bar Maintain a strong design
perspective while advocating for user-first solutions Must-Have
Qualifications 10 years of professional product design experience
Expert proficiency in Figma with a portfolio demonstrating modern,
high-craft design Strong prototyping skills (any prototyping tools
accepted) Proven ability to produce a high volume of quality design
work under tight timelines Experience designing enterprise tools
across web and mobile platforms Demonstrated experience with
end-to-end product design (UX UI) Strong verbal and written
communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time
effectively Portfolio URL featuring interaction design and shipped
product work Nice-to-Have Qualifications Strong storytelling and
presentation skills Experience collaborating closely with
cross-functional partners Background working on consumer-facing
apps at scale Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce or Zendesk
Interview Process Portfolio Review Panel with 2 Hiring Managers (45
minutes) Candidates will walk through 12 projects, focusing on:
Problem definition Design process Cross-functional collaboration
Final outcomes and learnings Pursuant to the California Fair Chance
