after building a long career with State Farm that began in 1998 and
spanned underwriting, claims, and agency field leadership. That
background provided a well-rounded perspective on the business and
a disciplined, high-standard approach to serving customers. I hold
a bachelors degree in Business Administration, am a parent to one
child, and enjoy traveling, discovering new restaurants, and
following sports. Our team includes four members who work in a
focused, professional environment. We stay engaged in community

performance-driven career. ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a Customer Service
Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Kelly Wright -
State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional
customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful
insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service
skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance
your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with
other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the

especially driven and sales-minded candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist
customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims
and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer
interactions. QUALIFICATIONS: Communication and interpersonal
skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer
service experience preferred.
